摘要 一、概括及病原病理 马流行性感冒(简称马流感)是由正粘病毒科流感病毒属马A型流感病毒引起马属动物的一种急性暴发式流行的高度接触性、呼吸道传染病。该病发病率高,死亡率低,临诊特征为发烧、结膜潮红、咳嗽、流浆液性鼻液一脓性鼻漏、母马流产等。病理学变化为急性支气管炎、细支气管炎、间质性肺炎与继发性支气管肺炎。世界动物卫生组织(OIE)将其列为B类疾病,是法定报告动物疾病,我国列为三类动物疾病。
