急性肠系膜缺血性疾病15例诊治分析

Analysis of diagnosis and treatments of acute mesenteric ischemic disease of 15 cases

目的探讨急性肠系膜缺血性疾病的临床特点及其诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析15例急性肠系膜缺血性疾病患者的临床资料。结果14例行手术治疗，9例存活，5例死亡；保守治疗1例成活。结论选择性血管造影对早期诊断急性肠系膜缺血性疾病有重要临床意义，早期切除坏死肠管及术后抗凝治疗是防止复发、降低死亡率的有效措施。

Objective To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of acute mesenteric ischemic disease. Methods Clinical data of 15 patients with acute mesenteric ischemic disease were analyzed retrospectively. Results Operation was performed on 14 patients and 1 patient received conservative treatment, 9 cases recovered and 5 died postoperatively. Conclusion Color ultrasound and selective angiography are effective examinations for early diagnosis of acute mesenteric ischemic disease. Early resection of necrotic bowel and application of anticoagulant postoperatively are effective to reduce the mortality. Conservative treatment is still effective for elective patient.
