摘要
石灰石烧结法提取氧化铝的熟料中含有少量-β2CaO.SiO2,而-β2CaO.SiO2被Na2CO3分解,其分解产物又与NaAl(OH)4发生相互作用,生成水合铝酸钙,造成氧化铝的损失;二次反应过程生成Ca(OH)2使赤泥沉降性能下降;随着-β2CaO.SiO2分解产生Na2SiO3增加,增加脱硅的难度。通过实验研究表明:碳酸钠浓度控制在7%-9%,能够有效的抑制-β2CaO.SiO2分解,改善赤泥的性能,减少溶出液中硅含量,提高氧化铝的溶出率。
Alumina sinter with sintering method of limestone has β-dicalcium silicate,β-dicalcium silicate is decomposed by sodium carbonate,decomposition product will react with sodium aluminate to hydrated calcium aluminates,the loss of alumina was caused;sedimentation property of red mud lows when calcium hydroxide engendered in the secondary reactions,desiliconization process becomes even more difficult as sodium silicate of decomposition product increases.The experimental study shows that when the sodium carbonat concentration is to be kept at 7 %-9 %,β-dicalcium silicate decomposed can be effectively curbed, sedimentation property of red mud is improved, silicon content is lowed, lixiviation rate of alumina is increased.
