流沙和半流沙区化学法固沙的研究(Ⅰ)──固沙剂的合成及固沙效果

该文对固沙剂的配方及固沙效果进行了研究．通过正交试验设计，发现合成固沙剂的较优化配方为：黑液木素含量２２８．６ｇ·Ｌ－１，每升黑液中苯酚用量７０ｇ，甲醛用量２００ｍｌ，固体烧碱４０ｇ．采用本固沙剂进行固沙可使沙层坚实度提高４４倍．固沙后的沙层不仅不会妨碍雨水渗透，而且具有保水和抗风化性能．

The prescription and sand fixation effect of sand fixation agent are studied. By orthogonal test,the optimum prescription found to be: black liquor density 228.6g lignin/L,phenol 70g/L black liquor,formaldehyde 200ml/L black liquor and caustic soda 40g/L black liquor. After sand fixation, sand layer hardness could be increased by forty four times. After fixation,the sand layer does not impede rain infiltration,and even has properties of conserving water and resisting against weathering.
