林木种子介电分选技术方案的理论分析

Theoretical Analysis of Dielectric Separation Technology for Tree Seeds

该文在分析介电分选原理的基础上，根据多数林木种子粒大和壳硬的特点，提出了实现林木种子介电分选的２种类型、６种形式的技术方案．通过对方案的理论分析，得出料斗上置式滚筒型分选装置适合于林木种子按活力分级，而分选板下置式平板型分选装置适合于林木种子清选的初步结论．

Dielectric separation is a new technology for tree seeds separation.Based on analysis principle of seed dielectric separation, and according to the characteristics of tree seeds, this paper proposed 2 types and 6 possible technical plans for dielectric separation devices. Through the theoretical analysis on these possible plans, the paper made a conclusio: the up hopper roller type separation devices are better for classification of tree seeds by viability, and the down fitted separation plate type is better for selection and cleaning.
