摘要
对新颁布的国家标准GB 50429—2007《铝合金结构设计规范》中若干重要概念、理论和试验研究成果进行了综述。介绍了结构铝合金材料的物理力学性能、本构关系、焊接热影响区等基本特性,给出了铝合金焊接及紧固件连接的计算假定和依据,解释了考虑铝合金截面屈曲后强度和焊接热影响效应的有效厚度法计算理论和相应的有效截面计算方法,叙述了铝合金构件设计计算公式形式选定和相关参数取值的依据,阐述了铝合金面板中面板与支托的计算方法。将对新规范的推广和使用起到促进作用。
This paper summarizes some important concepts, theoretical methods and testing observations adopted in newly officially issued Chinese national standard ' Code for design of aluminum structures' ( GB 50429--2007). The paper introduced the physical and mechanical properties, constitutive relation and properties of heat affected zone (HAZ) of structural aluminum material. The assumptions and methods for the calculation of welding and fasteners in aluminum structures were also described. The theory and equations of ' effective thickness method' for considering the effects of post-buckling and HAZ of aluminum sections were discussed. Finally, the paper explains how the design formula of aluminum members were obtained, and the calculation methods for aluminum panels and its supports were also illustrated. The popularization and the application of the new design code will be promoted.
