摘要
就铜电解车间的腐蚀环境、防腐设计、材料选用以及十多年来设计和施工的改进、使用效果分建构筑物、电解槽、电解液输送管道三个部分进行了重点介绍。对设计思路、材料选用依据作了简述,同时也对使用效果不理想的防腐项目所造成的原因进行了分析,并提出了改进办法,最后概括性进行了总结。
The corrisive surrounding, design of anticorrosion and corrosion-resistant materials, the effection and improving for design and construction over past ten years are introduced through emphatic explaining buildings and structures, electrolyte and converyer pipe. Design idea and materials-using are also metioned and the cause of unsatisfactory effect of anticorrosive item are analyzed and summarized.
