摘要
通过正交试验及单因素实验,对三相加压连续氧化制备锰酸钾工艺进行优化,基本确定在温度240℃、压强0.3 MPa、时间2 h、碱锰比12∶1、搅拌速度700 r/min、KOH浓度50%的条件下二氧化锰的转化率能达到90%以上。
The technic parameters of three-phase compression continuous oxiding process has optimized by the orthogonal and single factor experiments. The manganese dioxide conversional rate can be over 90% under the following condition: 240℃, 0.3MPa, 2 h, the manganese alkali manganese ratio makes an appointment with 12 : 1, rabbling speed about 700 r/min, and KOH concentration about 50%.
