摘要
以铜镍合金为原料,直接进行镍的羰化,考察了铜镍合金中铜、铁、硫、镍的含量对镍羰化率的影响。结果表明:Fe含量的增加导致镍的羰化率降低,变化规律遵循方程式:Y=44.55-1.08X+0.007X2;Cu、S含量的增加,导致镍的羰化率呈指数方程式降低;随着镍含量的增加,镍的羰化率呈线性增加。
Effeets of were studied. The whose change rules composition of Ni-Cu alloy on nickel carbonylation rate, such as Cu, Fe, S and Ni, results show that the higher Fe content would make nickel carbonylation rate decrease, were as followings: Y=44.55-1.08X+0.007X2. With the increase of the content of Cu and S, nickel carhonylation rate decrease in the form of exponent power. Whereas, nickel carbonylation rate increases linearly with the increasement of nickel content.
