汽油机燃用丁醇-汽油调和燃料的可行性试验研究 被引量:15

摘要 对比分析了丁醇与汽油的理化性质和燃烧特性之后,在汽油中掺入不同比例的丁醇,对发动机进行了台架试验和分析,初步确定了燃用丁醇-汽油调和燃料对发动机动力性和经济性的影响。接着,对发动机可变参数进行了合理调整,试验结果表明:在结构不做改动而仅对可变参数进行调整时,该汽油机可以燃用丁醇体积百分比达30%的丁醇-汽油混合燃料,其动力性和经济性基本保持不变而排放得到了很大的改善。 After comparing the physical / chemical properties and combustion characteristics between butanol and gasoline, performance test and analysis are conducted on a gasoline engine fueled with butanol-gasoline- blended fuel with different blending ratio, and the effects of using blended fuel on the performance and fuel economy of engine are preliminarily ascertained. Then variable parameters of engine are reasonably adjusted, and the results of test show that it is feasible to fuel the engine with butanol-gasoline-blended fuel at a volume fraction of butanol up to 30 % with only minor adjustments in variable parameters but no change in engine structure. In that case the performance and fuel economy of engine basically remain intact, while its emissions are obviously improved.
