摘要
通过合理选用和布置设备,设计和研制了一条铸造缸盖冷却输送线。它将从压铸机出来的550℃高温缸盖,按工艺要求进行抽室温风缓慢冷却至约200℃和送空调风强制冷却到约60℃后,输送到落砂机处进行落砂。高温工件在整个冷却输送过程中能自动运行、自动转挂、实现无人化自动输送。该线在公司的12万辆能扩项目建设中得到成功运用。
Through proper selection and layout of equipments, a cooling conveyor line for casting cylinder head is designed and developed. With the line, the cylinder head coming out from die casting machine with a high temperature of 550℃ is, according to technological requirements, first slowly cooled down to some 200℃ by the drawn-in air with room temperature and then further forced cooled down to around 60℃ by the wind from air conditioner, and finally conveyed to shakeout machine for sand shakeout. In the whole process of cooling conveyance, the high-temperature workpiece can be moved and transferred automatically, realizing unmanned automatic conveyance. The conveyor line has been successfully put into operation in the construction of 120 thousand car capacity expansion project of the company.
