摘要
为了提高某一SUV车型正面碰撞性能,应用正交试验法对其前端主要吸能构件进行了不同等级高强度钢板匹配规律的研究,得到了最优匹配方案。研究结果表明,并不是所有的吸能构件采用的钢板强度等级越高,得到的碰撞性能就越好;只有合理匹配不同等级的高强度钢板,才能获得良好的耐撞性能。
In order to improve the frontal collision performance of a SUV, the matching law of different level high -strength steel (HSS) sheets for main front-end energy-absorbing structures is studied with orthogonal experiment method, and an optimum matching scheme is obtained. The results of study show that using the higher level HSS sheet for all of energy-absorbing structural members not necessarily obtains the better crashworthiness, which can be achieved only by reasonable matching between different level HSS sheets.
