从并列结构的句法条件看边缘语料的理论意义

The syntactic structure of coordination and the significance of marginal data

非成分并列结构不仅为句法分析带来困难,而且还产生可接受程度处于中间状态的边缘语料,挑战建立在二值基础上的形式理论。本文在形式理论的框架内提出解释边缘语料的思路,并探讨其理论意义。

Non-constituent conjuncts have triggered different analyses,none of which accounts for the marginal data in this paper because the current theory of syntax is formulated to be binary-valued.It is shown that this limitation is not intrinsic of the theory,and a fresh way is proposed to explain the marginal data within the general framework of UG.
