摘要
研究均相条件下壳聚糖固载β-环糊精(CS-CD)的新合成方法,经红外光谱和X射线衍射(XRD)对其结构进行表征,该衍生物中环糊精的表观固载量为34.80μmol/g,高于其他相似类型的非均相反应的接枝率。通过与壳聚糖(CS)抑菌活性的对比研究,结果说明CS-CD具有抑菌作用(5<pH<7),比反应物壳聚糖的抑菌范围更为广泛,新衍生物CS-CD受pH值和温度影响的敏感性比壳聚糖小,稳定性高于壳聚糖;CS-CD的添加量为0.08%,培养基pH7时对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果最好。
This paper is focusesd on a new method of the grafting β-cyclodextrin with chitosan in homogeneous solution. Its structure was characterized by infrared spectra analysis(IR) and XRD. The apparent amount of grafting of CS-CD is 34.8 μmol/g which was higher than others. Antibacterial activity of CS-CD against E.coli was investigated. It was found that the antibacterial activity was similar to chitosan. CS-CD shows strong antimicrobial effect at a wide pH range(5〈pH〈7). The stability was better than CS, and 0.08% concentration and pH7 value showed strong antibacterial activity on E.coli and S.aureus.
