摘要
采用酶和化学处理相结合的方法,从提取褐藻糖胶的海带渣中制备膳食纤维,筛选出海带膳食纤维的最佳提取工艺条件为粒度80~100目,固液比1∶50,酶解时间4h,酶加入量60g/kg,再用1%碳酸钠溶液,固液比1∶30,55℃处理1.5h,得到海带膳食纤维产品。结果表明,海带膳食纤维的产率达22.9%。
The dietary fiber is extracted from in the extraction brown alga syrup Laminaria Japonica drags, the optimum technological conditions for the extracting dietary fiber from Laminaria Japonica have been obtained by using enzyme and chemical combination methods, It is 80-100 item, the liquid-solid compares 1:50, enzymolysis time 4 h, the enzyme joins measures 60 g/kg. Again using 1% sodium carbonate solution, the liquid-solid compares 1:30, 55 ℃ processes 1.5 h. The results show that the yield of dietary fiber from Laminaria Japonica is 22.9%.
