摘要
对用超临界流体CO2萃取法从万寿菊花瓣中分离得到的黄色素的着色成分和油脂中脂肪酸的组成和含量进行分析。通过氧化镁柱层析、化学鉴定、光谱扫描、TLC层析、HPLC等分析,表明万寿菊色素的主要成分为叶黄素,而叶黄素大部分以酯的形式存在。万寿菊黄色素含有8种脂肪酸:月桂酸(C12:0)、肉豆蔻酸(C14:0)、棕榈酸(C16:0)、硬脂酸(C18:0)、油酸(C18:1)、亚油酸(C18:2)、亚麻酸(C18:3)和花生酸(C20:0),脂肪酸总的含量占色素的30.07%。这些脂肪酸与游离叶黄素结合,使叶黄素更加稳定。
The coloring and fatty acids components of the yellow pigment from marigold by supercritical CO2 extraction were studied. The results from the chromatography of MgO, chemical identification, spectral scanning, TLC chromatography, HPLC analysis indicated that the mainly coloring pigment was lutein, most of which was in the form of ester. There were eight fatty acids, lauric acid(C120), myristic acid(C140), palmitic acid(C180), stearic acid(C180), oleic acid(C181), linoleic acid(C182), linolenic acid(C183)and arachidic acid(C200), in the yellow pigment. It combined with lutein making them more stable.
