摘要
食品安全追溯是一种能够有效预防和改善食品安全问题的支撑工具。首先对影响我国食品安全追溯运行的因素进行分析,在此基础上深入研究我国现有的追溯模式现状。之后,引入新的追溯实现方式,进一步探讨适合我国国情和未来发展的新的追溯运行模式,以求更多的为我国食品安全追溯的有效实施提供有益参考。
Food traceability is a strong tool for preventing and improving food safety problems effectively. Based on the analysis of factors influencing the operation of food traceability, the current status of traceability mode in China is studied. Then to provide more useful reference for implementation of food traceability in China, advanced way of traceability is introduced and new operation mode that suitable for the situation and development of China is discussed.
