高效液相色谱法测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中的胆碱

Analysis of choline in fomula milk powder for infant and young children by HPLC

建立了应用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中胆碱含量的分析方法。样品酸水解后,经ZORBAX 300-SCX阳离子交换柱分离,利用蒸发光散射检测器分析水解样品中的胆碱含量。结果表明,胆碱的质量浓度与其峰面积在一定的范围内有良好的对数线性关系,相关系数为0.9992,平均回收率为97.7%～100.8%,检出限为20mg/L。与现行国家标准相比,方法的准确度高、重现性好、操作简便。

To establish high-performance liquid chromatography method for the analysis of choline in fomula milk powder was developed. ZORBAX 300-SCX was selected as the separation column. By ELS detector, the hydrolytic samples were injected and analyzed. It showed that this method had a good relativity（r=0.9992）. The spike recovery rate in sample was 97.7%-100.8%, the detection limit was 20 mg/L. Comparing with the results by national standard, this method had a better accuracy and is easy operated.
