灰化富集-火焰原子吸收法测定草珊瑚中锌的含量 被引量:1

Determination of Zn in Sarcandra glabra(thunb) Nakai by ashing enriching and atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 将草珊瑚凉干、粉碎、过筛,制成粉末,先用灰化法对草珊瑚样品进行金属元素灰化富集,再用火焰原子吸收法测定草珊瑚中微量元素锌的含量。在选择测定波长后,通过L9(34)正交设计,研究了燃烧器高度、灯电流大小、狭缝宽度、空气和乙炔的流量比对测试结果的影响。最佳的测试条件为:吸收波长为213.9nm,燃烧器高度为7mm,灯电流为2.0mA,狭缝宽度为0.4nm,乙炔、空气流量比为1.0/6.5。分析结果表明:在最佳实验条件下,锌含量在0.0~1.0μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9991,加标回收率为96.7%~101%,所建立方法的相对标准偏差为0.06%~0.14%,相对误差小于1.7%,结果令人满意。 The trace znic in Sarcandra glabra(Thunb) Nakai which will be dried, crushed, screened, made into powder and ashing enriching is determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). In the choice of wavelength, through the design of L9(3^4) orthogonal experiment, the impacts of the test results, such as the height of burner, the size of light currency, slit width, acetylene and air traffic have been studied. The optimum condition is that the wavelength is 213.9 nm, the height of burner is 7 mm, the light currency is 2.0 mA, the slit width is 0.4 nm, and the flow ratio of acetylene and air is 1.0/6.5.. The analyzed results showed that: on the optimum experiment conditions, the content of zinc presents the linear relationship within the framework of 0.0-1.0μg/mL, and the correlation coefficient r=0.9991. The recoveries range from 96.7% to 101%. The relative standard deviations of established method is in the range of 0.06%-0.14%, and the relative error less than 1.7%. The results are satisfactory.
