西双版纳地区普洱茶农药残留量分析 被引量:6

Pesticides residue analysis of pure tea produced in Xishuangbanna state

摘要 通过对西双版纳州辖区内的普洱茶生产厂家的生茶和熟茶取样400份,其中生茶285份、熟茶114份,应用气相色谱仪对所取样品进行了13种农药的残留量检测。结果表明:生茶中六六六、滴滴涕、氯菊酯、联苯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氟氰戊菊酯、顺式氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷、乐果、杀螟硫磷的最高残留量分别为0.113、0.126、0.844、1.090、0.304、0.242、0.508、0.1、0.032、0.037mg/kg,检出率分别为26.3%、3.2%、2.1%、13.0%、17.9%、3.5%、2.8%、0.35%、4.9%、5.3%、5.0%;熟茶中分别为0.135、0.103、0.195、0.124、0.492、0.138、0.060、0.024、0.004、0.001、0.005mg/kg,检出率为42.1%、12.3%、7.9%、19.3%、19.3%、4.4%、8.8%、0.88%、2.6%、1.7%、2.5%。生茶和熟茶中敌敌畏、喹硫磷均未检出。 Pesticide residue analysis of 13 pesticides for 400 samples of pure tea produced in Xishuangbanna state including 285 samples of non-fermentation tea and 114 samples of fermentation tea were detected by gas chromatography. The result showed that maximum residues of benzene hexachloride, chlorophenothane, permethrin, bifenthrin, cypermethrin, flucythrinate, esfenvalerate, deltamethrin, acephate, dimethoate, fenitrothion of non-fermentation tea were 0.113 mg/kg, 0.126 mg/kg, 0.844 mg/kg, 1.090 mg/kg, 0.304 mg/kg, 0.242 mg/kg, 0.508 mg/kg, 0.1 mg/kg, 0.032 mg/kg, 0.037mg/kg respectively and detection rate were 26.3%, 3.2%, 2.1%, 13.0%, 17.9%, 3.5%, 2.8%, 0.35%, 4.9%, 5.3%, 5.0%. Maximum residues of benzene hexachloride, chloro-phenothane, bifenthrin, cypermethrin, flucythrinate, esfenvalerate, deltamethrin, acephate, dimethoate, fenitrothion of fermentation tea were 0.135 mg/kg, 0.103 mg/kg, 0.195mg/kg, 0.124 mg/kg, 0.492 mg/kg, 0.138mg/kg, 0.060 mg/kg, 0.024 mg/kg, 0.004 mg/kg, 0.001 mg/kg, 0.005 mg/kg respectively and detection rate were 42.1%, 12.3%, 7.9%, 19.3%, 19.3%, 4.4%, 8.8%, 0.88%, 2.6%, 1.7%, 2.5%. respectively. Dichlorvos and quinalphos of non-fermentation and fermentation tea were not detected.
