摘要
我国政府制定了到2020年实现GDP增长4倍而能耗仅增长2倍、减排10%的综合目标,旨在经济、能源和环境之间的协调发展,而科学的制定可持续发展能源战略则至关重要。本文基于对我国能源发展的外部环境和内部条件的分析,以及对我国能源发展所存在问题的全面诊断基础上,系统而明确地提出了支持我国能源可持续发展的策略以及相应的对策建议。
To realize effective coordination between economy and energy as well as environment, Chi- nese government has set out a comprehensive objective to achieve 4 times GDP growth with only 2 times energy consumption and 10% emission reduction by 2020, hence the sustainable development strategic planning for energy is particularly vital. Based on the analysis of international environments and domestic conditions of energy development and the all-around identification of existing energy problems in China, this has put forward a series of in-depth tacticses and relevant backing eountermeatures in order to realize China＇ s energy sustainable development.
