能源效率、结构变动与经济增长关系的实证研究

An empirical study on the relationship between energy efficiency,structure change and economic growth in China

运用内生经济增长理论将能源效率、产业结构纳入C-D生产函数,构建了产业结构内生的经济增长模型;依据1980-2007年中国能源消费与经济发展的经验数据,考察其对经济增长的约束作用,利用因素分解的方法求解各产业经济增长的均衡解;进一步研究发现,以能源效率表征的技术进步对经济增长的效应明显大于产业结构变动效应,且结构效应呈现不规律波动的特征,但从历史发展趋势来看,其对经济增长的作用机制具有明显的阶段性特征;最后提出与节能降耗、结构调整等相关政策建议。

This paper studied the relationship between energy efficiency, structure change and economic growth by endogenous economic growth theory, taked energy efficiency and industrial structure brought into C--D production function, constructed a structure--endogenous economic growth model; surveyed its re- striction mechanism to economic growth basis for the empirical data about Chinese energy consumption and economic development from 1980 to 2007, and solved equilibrium solution of economic growth by the factorization model; further study indicate that the structural effect significantly weaker than the technological effect, and it obviously show irregular volatility from the historical tendency, and the influence of its mechanism on Chinese economic growth has the obvious gradual characteristic; lastly, the paper gives out some policy suggestions on energy conservation and structure adjustment.
