摘要
本文采用系统工程的方法，建立了察右前旗高宏店乡牧业生产结构优化模型，通过对优化方案分析，建立了实施模型的有效控制机制，并对实施效益进行了评价。
By using the method of systematic engineering,this paper established an optimal model for agricultural production structure in Gaodian Township in Chayouqian Banner. After the analysis to this optimal, a control mechanism for the efficient implementation of the model was established. It also analyzed the efficiency of it's implementation.
