矿产资源开发利用环境问题对策研究——基于资源经济学视角

资源开发利用系统是一个处于自我调节不断完善的系统,作为其中的环境子系统,近年来却不断恶化,尤其是脆弱的西部地区。近年来,我国不断出台相关的政策大力保护环境,然而收效甚微。为此,本文从经济学的理论和保护的实践两个维度,对保护环境的策略进行分析,强调应继续加强环境行政执法,完善绿色税收体系和环境税,并建立矿产资源管理信息系统。
