摘要
为保证综放工作面支架回撤过程的安全高效,采用理论与实践相结合的方法,研究了综放工作面轻型支架回撤的工艺过程。通过对新三煤矿162301工作面轻型支架回撤时工艺过程进行的系统分析和论证,证明了采用6.5m的铺网距离、无坑木回撤支架等工艺是合理的,技术是可靠的,安全价值和经济效益非常显著。该成果对综放工作面的安全高效收作和回撤具有很好的参考价值和指导意义。
To insure security and high efficiency in the process of face moving, technological process of face moving of fully-mechanized mining with light support is studied, using theory as well as experience. Through the systems analysis and argument about the techniques of the light support in caving 162301 working face in Xinsan Mine, which indicate 6.5m net paved distance and support without wood are reasonable in techniques, reliable in technology, and very distinct in security and economic benefit. This result has good reference value and instructive significance for working face mining and moving safely and efficiently.
