摘要
本文分析了当前我国地质勘查人才面临的突出问题及深层次原因,最后提出加强人才队伍建设的几点建议:深化改革,建立适应产业发展规律的地质勘查新体制;建立人才激励机制;以重大项目为依托,用好培养好现有人才;充分发挥相关部门的服务职能;加大经费投入,营造人才成长的良好氛围。
This paper put out some outstanding problems about talents for geologic exploration and analyzed its fundamental reason. Based on above, this paper put forward certain corresponding advice about improving talent troops' building. Mainly including: deepening reformation to build new system of geologic exploration which adapt for the regulation of industry developing; building a inspiring mechanism for talents; making good use of existing talents with basic items; fully exerting relational departments' function for service; improving devotion and investment to create a good atmosphere for talents' developing.
