摘要
新型蜗壳预分级给料柱式旋流器,用于高浓度、粗颗粒物料分级,具有分级效率和分离精度高、沉砂嘴不堵塞等优点,在一段磨矿与具有强制性排料特点的格子型球磨机配置,处理量大幅提高。该旋流器对于大型格子型球磨机在选矿厂粗磨工序的应用和选矿厂生产能力的提高具有重要的现实意义,应用前景广阔。
New snailed pre--classified type column Hydrocyclone has the advantages of high classification efficiency, high classification accuracy and no slurry build-up at spigot. When a grate type ball mill is closed with this type of hydrocyclone at the primary grinding stage, the mill throughput will be increased greatly. This type of hydrocylone is of great significance for the application of large grate type ball mill to the primary grinding stage and the increased throughput of the whole mineral processing plant, and has an extensive application perspective as well.
