摘要
针对当前国有露天矿在对待重型卡车的作业人员技能评定管理上存在的典型问题,作者运用一些行为学科的原理提出了自已的观点,目的在于激活岗位职工的活力使组织的效益最大化。
In view of the current open-pit mine in the treatment of state-owned heavy-duty trucks operating personnel management skills to assess the existence of a typical problem, the authors use a number of acts of academic principle put forward their own point of view, aimed at the vitality of the activation status of workers to enable organizations to maximize efficiency.
