摘要 最大负荷损耗时间法和损失因数法常用来计算电网的年电能损耗。前者在我国电力设计和运行部门得到了广泛应用,但对其计算误差还没有比较系统的定性和定量认识。文中首先对2种方法的数学推导公式进行了物理概念分析,并采用若干典型算例分析其误差大小及适用范围。结果表明:随着最大负荷利用小时数(Tmax)的减小,2种方法的误差都在增大,当Tmax为3500h左右时,最大误差超过40%;对于线路充电功率较大或有无功补偿的情况,在相同的Tmax下,最大负荷损耗时间法失效。 Annual electric energy loss of power network is often calculated by equivalent hours of maximum loss and loss factor, the former is widely used in the electric power design departments of power system operation department in China, however there is not systematic quantitative and qualitative analysis on the calculation error. In this paper, firstly the physical conceptual analysis on the mathematical derivation of the two methods is performed, and then by use of several typical calculation examples the error magnitudes and application scopes of the two methods are analyzed. Analysis results show that along with the diminution of utilization hours of peak load, the calculation errors caused by the two methods increase, when utilization hours of peak load is about 3500 hours, the maximum calculation error will exceed over 40%; under the conditions of higher energizing power of transmission line or transmission line equipped with compensation devices, the equivalent hours of maximum loss based method falls into abeyance under the same utilization hours of peak load.
