西霞院大坝由土石坝段和混凝土坝段组成,土石坝段采用复合土工膜斜墙防渗,突破了现行碾压土石坝规范的规定。为了确保土工膜施工质量,业主高度重视,严格管理,多次召开专家咨询会,对土工膜施工工艺、质量检测、土工膜防护、土工膜与建筑物连接等关键技术问题进行专题咨询,委托专业检验机构对产品和施工质量进行检测,委托科研院所、大专院校等对土工膜的耐久性、抗老化性、抗紫外线、KS胶粘合性等进行专题研究;设计单位和厂家派专家进行现场技术指导,监理跟班旁站,施工单位精心施工,质量监督单位定期不定期抽查,形成了严密的质量保证监控体系,确保了工程质量,取得良好的防渗效果。

The Xixiayuan dam comprises earth-rock section and concrete section.The earth-rock section adopts compound geomembrane inclined cutoff wall and breaks through the present provisions of rolled earth-rock dam standards.In order to guarantee the construction quality of geomembrane,the Employer pays high attention,conducts strict management and holds several consultative meetings on key technical issues of construction technology of geomembrane,quality detection,geomembrane protection and the connection between geomembrane and building.It entrusts a special agency to test the product and construction quality and scientific research institutes and universities to conduct monographic study on durability,anti-aging,anti ultraviolet radiation and adhesive ability of KS glue.The design unit and factory send experts to provide on-the-spot technical service,the Engineer joins a regular shift,the workers work painstakingly and quality monitoring department conducts irregular selective examination,forming a meticulous monitoring and control system of quality,ensuring the project quality and achieving a good effect of anti-seepage.
