黑龙江省就业结构变动与产业结构调整相互关系研究

经济发展过程中,产业结构调整受多种因素的影响,其中就业结构是一个重要的影响因素,就业结构的变动与产业结构的演进具有极强的相关性。本文主要对黑龙江省就业结构的演变趋势进行分析,研究产业结构与就业结构之间的互动关系,揭示就业结构与产业结构、产值变动与就业结构发展变动不同步的问题。黑龙江省应促使就业结构的变动与产业结构调整协调均衡发展,形成合理规模和结构,推动国民经济快速稳定的发展。

In economy developing process, there are many factors that have influenced adjustment of industrial structure, one of which is employment structure. There has greatly relevance between employment structure change and industrial structure evolution. This article mainly analyzes the tendency to employment structure evolution of Heilongjiang province and relations between industrial structure and employment structure. It points out the question that changes are not synchronization between them. The change of employment must keep up with adjustment of industrial structure that will promote fast economy development.
