摘要
通过对民营企业承担社会责任的经济学分析,首先得出施行责任型战略是民营企业可持续发展、增强竞争力的关键,进而揭示了民营企业责任型战略的内涵和特征,并以波特的钻石模型为基础,提出了民营企业责任型战略的构成和实施机制。
To bring the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy (CSRS) into effect is an inevitable choice by which the corporate can win and keep its sustainable and competing abilities from the view of economics. Then, the connotation, structure and implement of CSRS were illuminated.
