西部旅游正处于蓬勃发展的阶段,如何解决可持续发展的问题,是政府、旅游者和旅游投资者关心的问题。本文从旅游资源的不利变化、旅游利益相关者和旅游需求三个方面分析对旅游可持续发展有重大影响的价值因子。并在此基础上,根据价值因子在旅游业不同的发展阶段重要性的不同进行了赋值,以便更好地解决西部旅游可持续发展的问题。

Tourism is booming in the western region. How to solve the problem of sustainable development is the very important thing for government, tourists and tourism investors. In this paper, study the value factor on sustainable development of tourism by changes in tourism resources, tourism stakeholders and tourism demand. And on this basis, according to the importance, give the different value to the different factors.
