On diet culture differentiation problem in tourism development process——on developing multi level dieting culture

中国在世界上享有"食在中国"的盛誉,拥有开发饮食文化旅游的特殊优势。然而从目前饮食文化旅游的发展状况来看,仍然存在着不少问题。随着旅游活动的逐步扩展,传统饮食文化受到旅游开发的影响而发生文化变异是不容忽视的重要问题之一。这就要求我们在进行饮食文化旅游开发的过程中要正确认识文化变异及其机制,并在此基础之上发展多层次饮食文化旅游。

Over the world, China has the high reputation that ＂China is the place for food＂. It has the special advantages to develop dietetic cultural tourism. However, there are a few problems in the development status of dietetic cultural tourism. With the expansion of tourism activities, it is an indispensable problem that the traditional dietetic culture generates cultural variation with the influence of tourism development. So, it is necessary to correctly understand the cultural variation’s mechanism in the process of developing dietetic cultural tourism, and to develop multi-level dietetic cultural tourism.
