我国区域贸易安排战略的实施及其制度实践

区域贸易安排是近年来国际经济贸易迅速发展的重要推动力,在此背景下,党的十七大明确提出了发展自由贸易区战略。我国发展区域贸易安排有其必要性和可行性,但在区域贸易合作方面却相对滞后,我国应巩固和完善在建的自由贸易协定,探索洲际间合作有效途径,实践上加强中国--东盟自由贸易区的制度建设。

Regional trade arrangement is the key impetus to the rapid development of international trade economy in recent years. In Chinese 17th NPC, the strategy of developing free trade regions was put forward explicitly under this background. Although it is necessary and feasible to promote regional trade arrangement, the cooperation is still relatively backward. Our country should consolidate and perfect the under-construction regional arrangements, explore intercontinental cooperation approaches and enhance the system construction of CAFTA.
