摘要
配油套是全液压坑道钻机中重要的密封元件,其密封性能的好坏直接影响到液压系统效率的高低。论文通过对钻机转速和配油套密封性能关系的试验研究,得出了配油套泄漏量和主轴转速之间的关系,并结合煤矿坑道钻探钻进工艺的要求,提出了钻机在不同工况下合理的回转速度。
Oil seal is an important sealing part of the all hydraulic tunnel drilling rigs. Its sealing performance has significant influence on the efficiency of hydraulic system. Rotating speed was studied for sealing performance of floating - ring in test. The relations between rotating speed and sealing performance of floating - ring was obtained. The better rotating speed of rigs was raised according the drilling technology of the mine roadway.
