煤矿物资动态库存控制策略研究

随着社会经济的发展，如今的市场竞争已经不是单个企业之间的竞争，而是供应链之间的竞争。而库存成本又是供应链成本的重要组成部分，因此降低库存已成为企业提高竞争力的重要方面。对于煤矿企业来说，由于受其生产特点的约束，所以企业一般都是持有高库存来满足日常生产需要。论文提出一种适用于煤矿物资的动态订货及库存控制的模型并应用于郑州煤电公司实例，结果显示可以使库存降低50％～70％左右，大幅节约成本。

With the social economic development, the present market competition is not the competition between individual enterprises, but is the competition between the supply chains. The inventory cost was the important part of the supply chain cost. Thus to reduce the inventory cost has became an important part of the enterprise to improve the competition. As for the coal enterprise, due to the restrains by the production feature, the coal enterprise would have a high inventory to meet the daily production requirement. The paper provided a dynamic ordering and inventory control model suitable for the mine material and the model had been applied to Zhengzhou Coal and Electric Power Corporation. The results showed that the inventory could be reduced about 50% - 70% and the inventory cost could be highly reduced.
