摘要
本文在分析金融危机情形下船界“船东无货可运、船厂无船可造”宏观形势的基础上,结合目前民营船厂“小而散”的特点,分析了“船东一外贸公司一船厂”模式下船舶出口代理所面临三大风险来源;进而本文分析指出出口代理的风险很大程度上来自于模式弊端的内在固有性和较难规避性以及在当前船业形势、船企现状情形下进一步扩大的可能性,最后提出探索新的模式的必要性。
