摘要
企业持续存在的客观依据是市场和客户,企业经营的是客户,人力资源管理经营的是人才。因此,知识经济的到来使“人”这个生产要素第一次被推崇到很高的地位。本文尝试通过运用价值链理论,对人力资源价值链进行分析,建立使人力资源作为一种战略资源产生价值增值的人力资源评价机制,通过员工绩效的改进来提高企业整体绩效,使人力资源价值链管理能够有效地为改善企业绩效、提高竞争力、增强竞争优势提供保障。

Therefore, the knowledge economy arrival causes "the human" this element of production first time to esteem the very high status. This article attempts through the utilization value chain theory, carries on the analysis to the human resources value chain, the establishment causes the human resources to take one kind of strategic resources have the human resources appraisal mechanism which the value rises in value, enhances the enterprise overall achievements through the staff achievements improvement, enables the human resources value chain management effectively for the improvement enterprise achievements, to enhance the competitive power, the enhancement competitive advantage provides the safeguard.
