农业新技术培训的专家服务模式评价

Evaluation on expert services model of new agricultural technology training

本文通过对基于农业新技术培训的专家服务模式的调查，认为培训对象的年龄比较适中，但文化程度比较偏低；参培人员的培训意愿积极性很高，主要是考虑了政府的责助和培训的适用性；对于培训教材、培训教师和培训学校的评价效果是较好的，但认为当前农民教育培训存在的最主要问题是政府监管不力．对此，奉文提出了选送素质高的培训人受、增加农民培训供给、注重培训效果和整合培训赍潦等建议．

Based on expert services model of new agricultural technology training, this paper thinks that the age of the trainees are relatively modest,but relatively low level of education;Participation Pei training of personnel will highly motivated,mainly is to consider the Government＇s funding and the applicability of the training ; for training materials, training teachers and training schools a better evaluation of results,but that the current education and training of the farmers there is the main problem is the lack of su- pervision. In this regard,this paper should select high-quality training,increasing the supply of farmer training, focusing on the effectiveness of training and integration of training resources and so on.
