摘要
总结了１９８６年～１９９７年运用导师李永康教授创立的旋前夹挤复位法加小夹板固定方法治疗Ｃｏｌｌｅｓ骨折，并进行１年以上随访的病例５５０例的经验。
Experience on treatmetn of 550 cases of Colles fracture using Prof. Li Yonghang's method of rorating - to - forward - pressing reposition and small splint fix from 1986 - 1997 was summarized. Total cases were made one year following up.
