摘要
新形势下从地市级肿瘤专科医院发展的基本思路入手,分析了当前地市级肿瘤专科医院发展面临的投入、补偿不足严重制约着专科医院的生存与发展;医疗服务价格不合理导致医院体外循环;专科医院技术人员构成比例失调;人才队伍知识专而不全,综合知识欠缺,肿瘤专科医院全科医师缺乏;医院生存的社会环境恶化等五方面的主要问题,并提出了应对策略。
The problems which constraint municipal cancer hospital development are discussed. Lack of inputs and compensation seriously restrict speeial hospital development. Unreasonable medical service price causes capital extracorporeal circulating. The special hospital professional construction is imbalance and knowledge structure also is imbalance. Lack of GP and comprehensive knowledge, and the deterioration of social environment are all problems in special hospital. Measures are mentioned.
