摘要
根据云南巡检司电厂7号机组300MW循环流化床锅炉的安装经验,从该类型锅炉的设计特点、施工难点、主要施工方案策划、施工过程控制和管理、锅炉调试、试运阶段制定的特殊方案及实施等几方面进行了介绍。该锅炉在安装中消除了以往同类工程中易出现的问题,投运后机组运行稳定,各项运行主要指标达到设计考核标准,实现了机组168h试运后不停机连续运行80天的优异成绩。
From installation experiences of No. 7 300 MW CFB boiler in Yunnan Xunjianci Power Plant the paper introduces the following aspects, including design features, construction difficult points, planning of main construction schemes, construction process control and management, boiler commissioning, special scheme worked out and executed for trial operation. The problems easily occurred for similar projects in the past were eliminated during this CFB boiler installation. The unit is under stable operation after it was put into operation, and main operation targets have met design check standards. The unit has realized 80 days continuous operation after 168 h trial operation.
