摘要 以陕西某电厂660MW超临界空冷机组凝结水泵改造为例,通过分析和计算,认为凝结水泵的变频改造可以节电50%以及在1年内回收改造投资是不可能的。如果选型得当,并做好相应的运行维护工作,在5~8年内可以收回改造投资。建议电厂在进行凝结水泵改造时,一定要依据实际情况分析对比,慎重行事。 Taking retrofitting 660 MW SC air-cooling unit condensate pump in a certain Shan xi power plant as an example and through analysis and calculation the author considers that variable frequency retrofitting of condensate pump can save power consumption by 50% and it is impossible to return retrofitting investment within one year. In case that model selection is proper and good operation and maintenance is executed the investment can be repaid within 5 - 8 years. When the condensate pump needs retrofitting in the plant, comments are given that it is necessary to analyze and compare the actual conditions and cautious should be needed.
