乳腺导管癌的高频彩色多普勒超声与磁共振诊断的对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较高频彩色多普勒超声、磁共振(MRI)对乳腺导管癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析76例经病理确诊的84个乳腺导管癌病灶的影像学资料,比较高频彩色多普勒超声及MRI诊断乳腺导管癌的敏感性。结果高频彩色多普勒超声及MRI诊断乳腺导管癌的敏感性分别为84.5%(71/84)和96.4%(81/84),差异有统计学意义;MRI诊断多灶性及多中心乳腺导管癌优于高频彩色多普勒超声,但对诊断单灶性病例两者敏感性无统计学差异;高频超声显示微小钙化灶优于MRI。结论高频彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌方便、经济且较敏感,可作为首选检查方法;MRI更有利于发现多灶性及多中心乳腺导管癌,有助于准确制定治疗方案。
