镉对培养心肌细胞收缩特性的影响 被引量:6

Effects of cadmium chloride on mechanical properties of cultivated cardiac myocytes of rat

摘要 本文观察了镉对培养新生大鼠心肌细胞力学特性的影响。实验分对照组、镉作用组和镉加药物干预组。实验见到镉离子使培养心肌细胞的收缩最大速度、舒张最大速度、收缩力和搏动频率明显降低,且以收缩和舒张的最大速度降低为主,当培养液中镉离子浓度仅为164×104mol/L时,相对收缩速度和舒张速度分别降低为对照组的4083%和3857%,而镉浓度达到218×104mol/L时,才引起培养心肌细胞搏动频率减慢,减慢为对照组的743%,这些作用可通过换液得到恢复。 Effects of cadmium chloride on beat rate,contraction force,maximal velocity of contraction or relaxation(±dF/dt max of cultivated cardiac myocytes from neonatal rats were studied The results showed that±dF/dt max ,beat rate and contraction force were decreased significantly,and the fall of±dF/dt max appeared to be the most significant These effects could be recovered by the change of new culture solution and antagonized by calcium or adrenalin
