Instructors' Factors in the Cultivating of Graduate Students' Innovative Ability

不断提高研究生创新能力是我国研究生教育的重要任务,也是评价研究生教育质量的根本标准。在研究生培养过程中,研究生导师发挥着主导性作用。文章从导师的教育理念、导师的创新素质、导师的指导以及导师组培养模式等方面,阐述了导师因素在研究生创新能力培养过程中的作用。

Cultivating graduate students innovative ability is very important to enhance teaching quality and the fundamental criterion to evaluate the quality of graduate education.In the process of post-graduate training,the instructors play a leading role.The instructor functions are discussed in the paper based on the analysis of instructors concept of education,innovation quality,guidance factors and group training model.
