基于农民权益保护的农村食品安全问题研究——以法经济学为视角

The Rural Food Security Study Based on the Protection of Rights and Interests of Farmers——By Law and Economics Perspective

以农民权益保护为出发点,运用法经济学方法对我国农村食品安全的困境进行分析和解读。提出加强农村食品安全制度体系化建设,包括建立农村食品安全追溯制度、农村缺陷食品召回制度、农村食品安全责任追究制度、农村食品安全预警应急机制、农村食品安全信息服务制度等,使农村食品安全风险降到最低。

Analyzing and interpretating the plight of China＇s rural food security should start with protecting the interests of farmers, and the issues of rural food security have been studied by means of law and economics. Finally,for the purpose of the farmers rights protection, the paper proposed the trace system for food safety in rural areas, the rural defective food recall system, the accountability system for food safety in rural areas, security alert emergency mechanism and the security information service system to construct the specific countermeasures.
