摘要 团队管理研究中,团队能力的评估具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。在DEA方法的基础上,通过能力—业务矩阵和业务—绩效矩阵将团队能力与绩效联系起来,建立了团队能力评估的综合DEA评估方法,从而可以评估能力对绩效的贡献大小。该方法克服了传统评估方法中(如模糊数学方法等)指标体系无法与绩效联系起来、评估结果单一等缺点,具有挖掘公司深层次问题的优点。将评估方法应用于销售型团队的实证研究,用团队综合能力、团队能力的发挥率和团队绩效等三个参数对团队能力进行综合评估,为公司人力资源战略提供了科学的依据。 In team management studies, the assessment of team capabilities is of great theoretical value and practical significance. This paper, based on the DEA method,links team capability and performance together through capability-business matrix and business-performance matrix, and establishes an integrated DEA assessment method, which can assess the contribution of capability to performance. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional assessment methods (eg. fuzzy mathematics,etc. ), such as the lack of linkage between index system and performance, the single-sided result etc. At the same time it has the advantages to probe deep-layer problems in a company. Finally, it conducts an empirical research by applying this method into a marketing team,in which it has conducted a comprehensive assessment of the team capacity with three parameters(overall team capability,the contribution rate of the team capability and team performance)and provided a scientific references for human resources strategies of the company.
