现代大学的学术变革与创业型大学建设——基于大学—产业—政府三重螺旋合作理论的分析

Changes in the Modern University's Academic and Construction of Entrepreneurial University——Based on the Analysis of University—Industry—Government Triple Helix Theory

大学—产业—政府合作关系的三重螺旋模型重新界定了大学、产业和政府在创新体系构建中的使命,加速了现代大学学术变革的进程,催生了创业型大学的崛起。创业型大学又以其积极进取的创业品格促进了三重螺旋的发展,成为三重螺旋关系建构的突破口和推进器。建立创业型大学,需要在尊重文化差异的基础上从五个方面实现大学的组织转型。

University--industry--government Triple Helix Model accelerated the process of change in modern academic,promoted the birth of the entrepreneurial university. Entrepreneurial university has become a propeller of Triple Helix with its positive and aggressive entrepreneurial character,and become the new paradigm of industry--university--institute cooperation. Establishing entrepreneurial university to promotion the model innovation of Triple Helix Model needs to achieve the organizational transformation of the university from five aspects.
